About the Role

As a Senior Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering complex planning projects that transform communities. You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of work, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, you’ll drive impactful decisions that balance growth, sustainability, and community needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver planning applications and appeals.
• Provide expert planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead on policy development, site appraisals, and feasibility studies.
• Represent clients in public consultations, hearings, and inquiries.
• Mentor and support junior planners in the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in planning, ideally within a consultancy or local authority.
• Qualifications: RTPI membership (or working towards it).
• Skills: Exceptional knowledge of UK planning systems, regulations, and processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Passion: A creative and analytical mindset, committed to shaping sustainable, future-proofed developments.
