As part of our team, you'll:
- Lead exciting projects and begin taking on leadership roles, as well as supporting senior colleagues with other major developments.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships by providing spot-on advice and stellar communication.
- Master the art of handling pre-applications and expertly guide planning applications through the development journey.
- Engage in dynamic conversations and negotiations with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities regularly.
- Starting to do business development and working up your own client base.
- Take the stage at Planning Committee meetings, Consultations, and other significant events, representing both the company and our esteemed clients throughout the planning process.
Here's what we're looking for in you:
- A minimum of two years of planning experience - consultancy background preferred, but local authority experience will also be considered.
- A robust development management skillset and expertise.
- MRTPI or equivalent qualifications.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
