About the Role as a Town Planner:
This position offers the chance to work on diverse, high-profile projects, delivering innovative planning solutions in areas such as urban regeneration, infrastructure development, and sustainable planning. Consolidating your skill and progressing your career.
Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner:
- Prepare and manage planning applications, EIARs, and statutory consents.
- Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Provide expert planning advice across a range of projects.
- Stay informed on planning regulations and policy developments.
What they are looking for as a Town Planner:
- A degree in Planning or a related field (RTPI or IPI accredited preferred).
- Demonstrable experience in a planning role (graduates with strong internships considered).
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Irish planning systems and regulations.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach.
