Job Details
A busy Local Authority in the Midlands area are currently looking for an Interim Principal Planning Officer to lead on two large scale major solar farm projects. The contract will run for an initial 6-months until the projects are completed.
Role: Principal Planning Officer
Location: Midlands
Rate: £50+ per hour
Contract: 6+ months
Key project details:
- Determining 2 x Major Planning Applications for Solar Farms from validation through to recommendation.
- Experience dealing with Solar Farm Applications up to 49.9MW.
- Required experience with Idox and Uniform.
- Liaising with members of the public, stakeholders and elected members.
- Site visits once per week.
