Senior Town Planner
Stoke-On-Trent
Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a UK leading Planning, Environmental, and Engineering Consultancy in their hire of an experienced Town Planner to their Stoke-On-Trent based team of Planning and Environmental specialists!
The successful candidate will join the team in working on an exciting portfolio of projects across the renewable energy, waste, industrial and commercial and major infrastructure sectors.
In this role, you will provide advice and guidance on planning and environmental matters to a variety of clients including leading renewable energy developers, utility and infrastructure companies, waste management operators, house builders, land promoters, investment institutions, and others throughout all stages of the planning process.
Candidate Requirements for the role:
- A relevant degree (RTPI) or an equivalent qualification.
- MRTPI Chartership, or working towards.
- A strong track record working on medium / large scale planning projects.
- A high level of technical competency, and quality of work, together with
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
