About the Role: As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be working on a range of projects, from residential and commercial developments to regeneration schemes. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex planning policies, leading consultations, and providing strategic advice to clients. You'll have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals, manage junior staff, and directly contribute to the success of high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on planning applications and appeals
• Provide expert advice on planning policy and development proposals
• Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities and developers
• Oversee the preparation of site appraisals and feasibility studies
• Mentor and support junior planners in the team

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in Town Planning, ideally with MRTPI or equivalent accreditation
• A strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong report writing and presentation abilities
