I am working with a local authority in Kent who are looking for a Planning S106/CIL Officer on a remote basis.

The candidate will be in post for 6 months minimum, the role is working CIL calculations, answering CIL queries, liaising with DM Officers and developers, issuing CIL Paperwork, An experienced CIL Officer or Senior CIL Officer would be perfect.

The benefits -

£35 p/h
6 month contract
fully remote
can be outside IR35
