Location: London
Salary: £35,000- £45,000 pa, DOE
About the Company:
My client, a well-established consultancy based in South East London, is looking for a talented and motivated Planning Consultant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting residential projects, providing valuable experience in a growing sector.
Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner:
- Provide planning advice and support on residential projects.
- Prepare and submit planning applications.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for securing planning approvals.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Town Planner.
- Strong understanding of the planning process, particularly within residential developments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience working with local authorities and understanding of planning policy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
