Job Details
Our private sector client in Essex are looking for a Town planner to join their team to work on a large variety of planning applications.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Must be working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI
• Planning experience in the private sector is advanteagous however local authority experience will also be considered
• A full driving licence is required
Duties:
• Managing concurrently running projects
• Preparing site appraisals and development plan representations
• Submitting planning applications and appeals
• Liaising with clients and local authorities
• Mentoring junior members of the team
