We have a vacancy for a Principal Planning Officers within the Development Management Team. We are seeking a highly motivated, career focused and experienced Officer to play a key role in the determination and delivery of high quality development, or you may be looking towards the next stage in your planning career. Our Development Management team provide a service that has been identified nationally as providing a ‘platinum service’, in exceeding targets and we do this as a team with a customer focus.
With considerable experience in Development Management you will have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; you will work well in a team environment, and will have a caseload of both challenging and interesting applications across a very board range of planning issues. You will be tenacious, conscientious, enthusiastic, adaptable and welcome a challenge.
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge in a positive planning team, who are focused, dedicated, supportive and friendly, while working in interesting and valued rural and urban environments.
