My client is an excellent Consultancy based in Birmingham and they are looking for a Planner to join their team. You will be working on exciting projects across the UK. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from urban regeneration schemes to strategic planning initiatives, while collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and fellow professionals to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of planning strategies and policies to support sustainable growth and development in Birmingham.
• Manage planning applications, appeals, and consultations in accordance with relevant legislation and best practices.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to inform decision-making processes.
• Engage with local communities, businesses, and government agencies to foster positive relationships and address planning-related issues.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on planning matters to clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
