Graduate Town Planner

I am supporting a long-standing client in their search for a motivated Graduate Town Planner to join their office in Exeter!

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will be involved with site appraisals, feasibility studies, planning applications, and negotiations its local authorities. The Town Planning team work closely with clients to ensure that projects comply with regulatory requirements and maximise the potential for each site. You will be supported by more senior members so you can excel.



You Will Need:

- MRTPI Accredited degree.

- Strong communication skills in the form of report writing.

- Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills and enjoy problem solving.

- Commercially astute and process driven, with a focus on achieving results.

- Strong time management, organisational, interpersonal, and report writing skills.

- High level of self-motivation and ability to work well as part of a team to meet project
