One of the most exciting, vibrant and dynamic Central London Planning Consultancies is looking to continue their 2024 expansion with the appointment of a Planning Director. The practice operates across residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use planning projects and they are best known for their Central London schemes

Their stock is rising in London and they are keen to take advantage of favourable conditions, and a fantastic first half of the year, to build one of the leading Central London Planning firms. Their current team is a mixture of permanent chartered planners and associate professionals from a diverse range of technical disciplines

The appointment of a Planning Director will allow the firm to continue to build their profile in Central London and the wider South-East. As such they are seeking a Central London Director / Associate who is able to offer their expertise in Client Management, Business Development, Business Strategy, Project Management and the Technical Review of significant Planning projects

It is expected that the Director will have proven business development skills and should have strong relationships in Central London. The salary is flexible for the right person and is likely to hit six figures should business development targets be met
