This large multidisciplinary are looking for a Senior Planner to join their expanding Manchester office! You have a fantastic opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects across a broad range of sectors, including residential, industrial, education and healthcare. This company have a strong global presence and uphold a leading standard of Planning services.



The Role:

As a Senior Town Planner, you will be based out of their expanding Manchester office as part of the Planning and Development Team. You will be dealing with the day-to-day management of high profile projects and clients, by providing clear, concise and well-reasoned advice. The successful candidate will be supporting and mentoring junior team members and creating an approachable environment.



The Ideal Candidate will be:

• Chartered town planner
• Minimum 2 years' experience while being MRTP qualified
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills
• Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prepare, submit and negotiate a range of planning applications
• A willingness to work as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to manage projects and work within financial budgets.
