Their planning team has a wealth of experience in dealing with a variety and complex residential, commercial, retail, and urban regeneration development schemes. They are looking for a Graduate Town Planner with a RTPI accredited degree to join their office in Exeter!



Graduate Town Planner Role:

• As a Graduate Town Planner, you will be involved with site appraisals, feasibility studies, planning applications, and negotiations its local authorities.
• The Town Planning team work closely with clients to ensure that projects comply with regulatory requirements and maximise the potential for each site.
• You will utilise your expertise in local planning policies and strategic approach helps to secure successful outcomes.
• Further responsibilities include providing planning support and liaising with planning authorities on pre-application enquiries and full planning applications.
• be liaising with key professionals and preparing reports.

Requirements:

- MRTPI Accredited degree

- Strong communication skills in the form of report writing.

- Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills and enjoy problem solving.

- Commercially astute and process driven, with a focus on achieving results.

- Strong time management, organisational, interpersonal, and report writing skills.

- High level of self-motivation and ability to work well as part of a team to meet project
