I am working with an East of England-based Local Authority who require a Principal Planning Officer to join the team.



This Council is looking for someone with experience in Major applications that can join and hit the ground running. There will also be involvement in Planning Appeals.



There is a requirement of being in the local area three days per week and there is no flexibility on this. This is in place to ensure high-levels of performance and collaborative working across the team.



A six-month initial contract is on offer which has scope for extension; Park Avenue work closely with this Authority and have contractors who enjoy being a part of the Service.



On offer is up to £55 per hour inside IR35 and interviews are planned to be held w/c 5th August.
