Job Description:



As a Town Planning Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning team. Your contributions will help ensure the successful delivery of a range of urban development projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
• Conducting research and analysis on planning policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Preparing technical drawings, plans, and supporting documents.
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attending site visits and contributing to project meetings.
• Maintaining and updating project records and databases.

Key Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant planning tools.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of UK planning legislation and procedures is preferred.
