Job Details

We are pleased to be working with a property and planning company to appoint an enthusiastic, capable and committed Graduate Planner with at least 6 months of relevant experience.

A well-renowned organisation that helps to deliver a range of developments across the UK, through planning and development advice – centred on residential, mixed-use and environmental schemes.  

The role specifics

Day to day you will work within a dynamic and vibrant environment, on a wide mix of schemes and gain experience of various scaled projects occurring in Leeds.

Your role will involve you assisting on pre-applications and planning applications, writing reports and appraising development sites. The option of remote and flexible working will also be included.

Role requirements

All applicants must have an RTPI accredited degree or master’s for this role. The company makes a conscious attempt to provide junior employees with the guidance and support needed to become MRTPI qualified.


You’ll be offered a salary ranging between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum for this role, depending on any experience. This is an excellent opportunity for any junior professional, who is looking to climb to the next step of their career.
