The Company
Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be representing a Specialist Planning Consultancy in Banbury, Oxfordshire who is looking to expand their planning team through the appointment of a Graduate Town Planner.
The position of Graduate Town Planner has a demanding and wide-ranging workload and the successful candidate will be working alongside a talented team to support multi-national corporations, volume house builders, major landowners, local authorities, government bodies and individuals on a range of planning projects in the residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail and renewable energy sectors.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates should hold an RTPI qualification (or related), previous planning experience is advantageous, though not essential. You will be highly motivated and have a passion for planning and no end of positivity! You will be a team player, one who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in developing high-quality work for your clients. Naturally, you should be a good communicator (both written and oral).
Rewards
In return, a competitive remuneration package is offered, including excellent salary, discretionary bonuses, generous leave, company pension, and private healthcare.
