I am working with an East Anglia-based Local Authority who are looking for an Environmental Planner to join the team.
Park Avenue work very closely with this Authority across the Development Management & Planning Enforcement team. Our contractors in the team love working there!
This role would begin as a 3-month initial contract but has scope for extension. The hourly rate on offer is up to £40 per hour INSIDE IR35 & this role can be almost fully-remote other than when site visits are required.
If you were successful for this position your daily tasks would include:
- Working on Planning Proposals & Planning Applications
- Preparing & Producing Development Plans
- Representing & Negotiating for the Council
