Our client is seeking a Planning Consultant to join them and play a vital role in managing applications, appeals, and appraisals while supporting larger projects that align with the company's growth strategy. As a Planning Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of representing and promoting their planning division, both internally and externally, and collaborate with key stakeholders. This role is not just about project management; it's about making a meaningful impact.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·After thorough integration and system training, take charge of managing your own projects, including client liaison, project tender preparation, and client management.
·Work towards achieving your personal fee target and contribute to the division's fee target.
·Support the planning team and marketing manager in business development activities.
