As a Graduate Planner, you will provide essential support to their planning division, participating in activities such as application preparation, appraisals, feasibility studies, and appeals. You must have:
·Hold a first degree or MScMA in Town Planning or a relevant discipline, meeting the academic requirements for full membership in the Royal Town Planning Institute.
·Display proficiency in both Math and English, with A-level passes at level C or equivalent.
·Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
·Demonstrate a genuine interest in planning and a curious mindset.
·Be self-driven, using your initiative to complete tasks successfully, even when faced with challenging deadlines.
·Possess resourcefulness and the ability to research, collect, and disseminate information as needed.
·Have a full UK Driving License.
Desirable Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
·Eligibility for RTPI Membership.
·An understanding of planning policy and emerging policy.
·Experience in non-work-related complementary activities within professional/non-professional organizations and voluntary services.
·Hold 1-2 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
·Familiarity with working in both remote and physical office environments.
·Proficiency in information and communication technology, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, and similar tools.
