Stoke - on - Trent

£22k-£25k

 

I am currently working with an excellent Planning Consultancy in Stoke – on – Trent who are looking for an ambitious Graduate Planner to join their team. This is great opportunity to get your career in Planning kick started. You will be working alongside experienced Planners who will help you to develop and grow your career and work towards gaining your Chartership.

 

You

To be considered for this position you will need to have an RTPI Accredited degree in Planning or you are currently working towards this. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to analyse complex data and solid report writing skills.

 

Duties

As a Graduate Planner you will be dealing strategic Planning and Land Promotion, enforcement appeals, working on Planning applications, providing Planning advice and also dealing with appeals and negotiations.

 

The company are offering the successful candidate an excellent starting salary between £22k and £25k along with great company benefits and opportunities for career development.
