Job Details
I am working with an authority situated in Central England, who are seeking an interim Senior/Principal Policy Planner to join the team to work on various Strategic Plans with a number of other authorities in the County.
Initially a 6-month Contract, they require somebody who can hit the ground running in leading the process from their perspective to represent them whilst working alongside neighbouring Councils.
Not only is previous experience required in having delivered Local/Strategic Plans, but it is paramount you have a proactive and innovative approach to Planning and the issues surrounding Policy specifically.
The role is heavily remote based, with a need to only go into the office once a month.
With regards to rate, my client has left it completely open at this stage as it will be dictated by level of experience and ability.
This is a genuinely once in a blue moon opportunity to be involved in a key national Planning Policy Project, so if you were potentially interested, please do not hesitate to give me a call on 07545079629 or drop me a line at jack@varnomross.com
