Position: Associate Town Planner Location: Birmingham Requirements: MRTPI Essential, Minimum 5 Years of Experience (Client Side, Consultancy, or LPA) Salary: Starting at £50,000 (Negotiable up to £60,000) Benefits: Healthcare, Bonuses, Competitive Pension, Cycle to Work Scheme Working Arrangements: Flexible - One Office Visit Every Two Weeks (Hybrid Working) Car Allowance: Available If Needed

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage planning projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Handle a variety of residential and commercial applications throughout the Midlands.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities to achieve positive planning outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on town planning matters.
- Contribute to the sustainable development and growth of Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications:
- MRTPI qualification is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in town planning, gained in client-side, consultancy, or Local Planning Authority roles.
- In-depth knowledge of planning legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field is preferred.
