What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage planning projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to build consensus and drive successful outcomes.
• Prepare and present planning reports, applications, and proposals.
• Provide expert guidance on planning and development issues.
• Contribute to the sustainable growth and development of Yorkshire.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Local Planning Authority (LPA) or Consultancy roles.
• Strong knowledge of planning legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field is preferred.
