We are seeking a talented and ambitious Town Planner to join a growing team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in town planning to take their career to the next level.
 
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis to support planning applications and projects.
Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and other related documents.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and government bodies to facilitate successful planning outcomes.
Provide expert advice on planning policies, regulations, and best practices.
Contribute to the development of creative and sustainable planning solutions.
 
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Town Planning or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in town planning, ideally within the UK.
Strong knowledge of planning legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using planning software and tools.
A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
