I am currently working with a Local Authority client in the South-East who are looking to bring a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer on an interim basis.
 
The role is being offered on an initial 3-4-month basis, with the view of extending beyond. It is a competitive pay rate being offered through Carrington West and the client has said that they are happy for this to be worked on an Outside IR35 basis.  
 
The suitable candidate will ideally have 3+ years' experience working in a Planning Enforcement team within a Local Authority.
 
The role can be worked in a hybrid fashion, with the expectation of doing site visits/office visits approximately twice per week.
 
They are looking for someone who has got previous experience drafting and serving notices, as well as someone who has previous experience taking ownership of investigations and seeing them through to completion.  
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £40-45 per hour OUTSIDE IR35
