Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Full-time Permanent Position

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading expert consultancies in planning, development, and regeneration in the UK. My client is working on the largest, most complex, and challenging development propositions in Central London and since then has grown to be a company of around 70 employees with plans to expand rapidly in the next coming years. They are currently working on all planning consents ranging from small scale instruction to large, complex master planning proposals across all sectors such as residential, offices, sports, and leisure, mixed-use and more.

Qualifications:

• Excellent academic qualifications with an RTPI/ RICS accredited qualification.
• At least 3 years working in either the public or private sector
• The ambition to influence and contribute to the successful development of large, complex, and high-profile projects
• The ability to provide effective project management of external consultant teams whilst fulfilling and meeting the needs of clients and all relevant parties involved
• Highly developed analytical and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Energetic and proactive approach with a willingness to learn and excel
