A brilliant opportunity has opened with a long-established national property consultancy who are looking to appoint an Associate Town Planner in their Hemel Hempstead office.

My client has a number of offices across the UK and mainly specialise in commercial, residential, healthcare, leisure and education based projects.

Your day to day role will consist of the following duties:-

• Manage client relationships
• Delivers own fee earning target
• Supporting the junior and senior members of the team
• Driving business development
• Providing an excellent service to existing and new clients
• Key team player

Qualifications and experience to be considered for the role:-

• Considerable experience across the planning process
• Working on complex applications and appeals
• LPA or Private sector experience
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Commercial awareness
• Member of the RTPI
