Job Details
Job Title: Graduate Planner/ Planner (Housebuilder)
Location: Peterborough
Salary: Competitive
My client is looking for a Planner to join their successful 5-star housebuilder team. This is a diverse role within an ever-changing planning environment, you'll be working on a diverse range of work from planning policy, strategic land promotion to handling the development management process to implementing community engagement strategies. With this being one of the fastest moving teams the right candidate will need to be happy working at speed to do well in Land and Planning.
Qualifications:
- RTPI and/or RICS accreditation
- Ideally some experience within a local authority, house builder or private consultancy
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Possession of driving license, and ideally good knowledge of the local area
- Ability to work on their own initiative, self-manage and prioritize own workload and manage assistant
- PC Literate
