My client is looking for a talented Town Planner to join their independent practice in Preston. They are successfully growing and pride themselves on being genuine planning experts in the sectors they operate in. They are working on creating sustainable residential, business and leisure communities and specialize in the energy, sports and leisure, housing, and commercial sectors. If you were to join the team you would be working on a wide range of projects from major mixed-use sports schemes to adaptable homes, to giving a new lease of life to historic houses.

Qualifications:

• RTPI Accredited degree
• Some experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• A real understanding for the UK planning system
• A full UK driving license
• Great organizational skills
• Able to work as part of a team and independently
