Your new company
Our Client are an established planning consultancy offering bespoke solutions and services to a wide variety of clients including Residential Commercial, Education and Housing Associations.
Your new role
They are currently looking for a competent Town Planner to assist the Team working on a diverse range of projects and with a number of clients.
Key Responsibilities will include: Preparing fee proposals, Carrying out planning appraisals, Preparing Planning and Design and Access Statements, planning applications for submission and submitting appeals.
What you'll need to succeed,
ideally a chartered Town Planner, you should have a highly motivated and proactive approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as having a commercial approach with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively and deliver bespoke planning solutions to clients.
What you'll get in return
This is initially a contract role which offers flexible working options. These include Full Time ( 5 days per week) or part time (3-4 days per week) and potentially the role can be worked 100% remotely if required.
