Job Details
g2 are working with a local authority client who are looking for a Team Leader to join the Development Management function for a 9 month period!
You will have experience of leading a development management team and a proven track record of offering support and coaching to achieve high performance. You will be sensitive to the political context of this role.
There are also a range of exciting major development applications that you will be assigned to manage the application process.
Hybrid working offered and pay rates discussed upon application.
This role has been determined as outside IR35 by the client and are offering above market rates to deal with the complexity of the cases.
The role can be offered remotely, with the exception of occasional site visits to the council offices and for team meetings.
