An exclusive Local Authority client of Vivid's based in Devon are looking for a Principal Planning Officer to join their Development Management team on an initial 6-month contract with the view of extending for a further period.
They are looking for someone with experience working on mixed caseload of applications within a Local Authority Planning Department, managing a caseload of around 20 applications.
It would be a bonus if somebody came with experience on working with landscape protection schemes.
My client are offering a competitive rate outside IR35 and are offering a near fully remote role with site visits to be undertaken every 3 or 4 weeks.
