Job Details
I am working exclusively with a Local Authority in Kent in their search for a Senior Planning Officer to join their team.
They are looking for someone:
- To deal with a caseload of minor & small scale major applications
- Who has previous experience dealing with greenbelt applications
- Who lives locally so they can do site visits once a fortnight
They are offering:
- Up to £40ph, depending on previous experience on the above
- 6 month initial contract, with the likelihood to extend for a further 6 months
- Hybrid working with site visits/office presence once a fortnight
