My client is seeking a contractor with experience in a Local Authority DM Planning Team to work on a mixed caseload consisting of Strategic Majors. They are looking to bring in an experienced planner that can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
 
You will be mainly working from home, with the exception of some essential site visit. The office location can be discussed upon application to the role.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST HAVE:
·Access to your own vehicle or a valid UK driving license (for travel to and from the office and for site visits)
·A Qualified Town Planner with experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
·Be comfortable working from home and using Microsoft Teams/Zoom
·Working as part of a team to ensure all targets and deadlines are met.
·Dealt with Major Planning Applications
 
Carrington West are willing to offer up £44 per hour for this position.
