Job Details
One of my favourite LPA's, in the Home Counties, are seeking two Interim Senior/Principal DM Planner to assist the team for an initial 3 months, with the view to extend well beyond.
My client requires a skilled and experienced Planner to handle a caseload of applications consisting of anything from complex Householders all the way through to Majors. Types of applications may vary from Rural Greenbelt, to large scale Strategic Residential sites.
My client has stressed that although they do require an experienced candidate, they would be willing to consider applicants who are Senior Planner level. So if you feel you have suitable attributes then please don’t be put off applying.
The council are insistent to keep the hourly rate open at this stage, but have emphasised will pay market rate and above for ideal candidates. There is also a strong possibility that the contract could be extended should all work out for both parties.
