TOWN PLANNER - DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

My client is an independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy that works on projects and developments across the UK and internationally. Their industry leading, chartered team has vast experience across planning, development, and architecture fields.
My client works on a range of major and micro-projects, from new stations and transportation, regeneration, consultation, residential and nationally significant energy projects, to smaller sustainable eco-developments and architectural redesigns.
They are currently seeking a Town Planner with previous experience in the public sector, ideally within Development Management, to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' minimum demonstratable experience and be able to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to work independently and of their own initiative whilst assisting the team in working on special projects!Candidate Requirements
- RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related field of study
- MRTPI Chartership or a desire to pursue chartership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be client facing
- Development Management experience within Local Authority advantageous
