Our client's Planning and Environment team works on a variety of major infrastructure and development projects and boasts an impressive project portfolio including Highways England, Homes England, Environment Agency, Transport for the North, local authorities, Network Rail, EDF, utility companies, including Yorkshire Water, and private developers.
The position will provide additional capacity to deliver an expanding workload and will play a key role in the development of the growing national business.
The position requires a Senior Planner to help deliver a range of planning and development schemes through planning applications and DCO submissions, and also undertaking development feasibility and evidence-based studies. The role would also include providing high-quality advice to a variety of public and private sector clients across the housing, transportation, energy and water markets. A key part of the role will also be to work collaboratively with other environmental disciplines within the wider UK teams, to provide comprehensive advice across a range of challenging infrastructure projects.
