Do you want to join us at a pivotal time as Assistant Director of Planning Services? Do you want to make a difference in leading the Councils’ plans to meet the increasing and ambitious demand for residential and commercial development by planning for the future of our Place, while protecting and conserving our built and natural environment, and our heritage?

We are looking for a professional with a passion for Planning issues and experience in strategic and operational leadership of Planning Services – including Development Management and Enforcement, Strategic Planning, Neighbourhood Planning, Special Projects, Conservation, and Urban Design – someone who brings a proven ability to develop influential working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners.
