We are looking to recruit a Compliance and Monitoring Officer to work in our planning enforcement team. Ideally you will have a background in planning or a related discipline or have experience of the development industry. You will be self- motivated, able to work as part of a team or under your own initiative and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

This role is integral to ensuring that development is delivered in accordance with the relevant planning permission and to safeguarding the environment.

You will require a high degree of tact and diplomacy and proven negotiation skills.
