Salary: £25,419 - £28,226 per annum, plus generous market supplement and benefits

As a Planning Officer working in our Development Management Team your main responsibilities will involve managing a caseload of planning applications. The role involves undertaking site visits, report writing, advising members of the public, engaging with all stakeholders in the planning process and providing pre-application advice to developers. You will collaborate with a wide range of planning professionals to achieve high quality development outcomes.
