Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Planning & Development Consultancy in Swansea on the hire of a Senior Town Planner.

This company has offices in Cardiff and Swansea and works with a range of clients on an interesting mix of projects that fall in the Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Waste & Energy, Leisure, Rural and Heritage sectors.

Working in a well-balanced team, you will help provide the following services to your clients;

-Planning Applications

-Site Appraisals

-Appeals

-Development Plans

-Environmental Impact Assessments

-Enforcement

-Design & Access Statements

-Pre Application Advice





Requirements to Apply

-Planning qualification (or similar)

-5+ years of planning experience, ideally including time spent in the private sector

-MRTPI status (or close to submitting)

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-A team player

-UK driving licence
