Job Details
g2 are working on behalf of a local authority client in the Home Counties who are currently looking for a Principal Planning Officer to join their major developments team on an initial 6 month basis with likelihood of extension for a year.
You will be taking on a caseload of major applications coming through on commercial and mixed use schemes of 200+ dwellings.
The ideal candidate will have experience with major, significant, complex and politically sensitive planning and related applications, as well as providing planning information and deal with complex general correspondence and enquiries.
Remote working will be offered with some expectations to go on site occasionally.
Pay rates can be negotiated depending on personal experience. Start dates can be flexible depending on notice periods.
