Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: Manchester
Salary: Competitive
Do you want to work for one of the most admired real estate consultancies in the world? My client work on a broad range of real estate areas, including investment, development, agency, asset management, valuation, building consultancy rating and planning. They offer specialist advice on alternative sectors such as leisure, student accommodation, healthcare, hotels and residential. My client is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their team to add immediate effect in their Manchester office.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A member of the RTPI with at least 2 years post-qualification experience
- Inquisitorial and a problem solver
- Highly analytical
- A good verbal communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- A good writer
- Ambitious and enthusiastic
