Our client is an experienced Town Planning Consultancy based in Cheshire. They have an excellent reputation in the industry, and they are looking to take on a Senior Town Planner to their ever growing and expanding team. They are ideally looking to onboard a Chartered Planner with roughly 3-8 years in a planning role.

As a Senior Planner your duties will include;

·         Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions

·         Supporting public sector work load

·         Engage in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and proposed clients

·         Mentoring junior staff members

·         Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments

The ideal Senior Planner will have the following;

·         MRTPI qualification (Or actively working towards accreditation)

·         Town Planning experience

·         Excellent communication skills

·         A full UK drivers licence (Have access to own vehicle)

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience (£30-45k)
