 North West

Planner/Senior/Principal – Preston.  Medium sized consultancy with a social, friendly team and flexible and hybrid working. Salary dependent on role and experience/

Planner – Preston.  You would need a minimum of 18months experience . Circa £25k - £35k with private healthcare/

Planning Consultant – Chester. A focus on rural planning work. £30k - £35k plus company car (or allowance)

Senior Planner – South Manchester - £40k+ - Residential projects.

 

North East / Yorkshire

Planning Director – Newcastle. Large private consultancy. Area expertise and connections essential. Top package. £75k+

Senior Planner – York/Bradford.  Salary up to £40k and you would need a minimum of 3 years experience.

Principal Planner – Independent Consultancy – Residential and Leisure projects - £40-£50k

 

West Midlands / West Country

Associate Planner – Birmingham. Top real estate consultancy. Circa £50k + car + flexible bens. Great opportunity to make your mark.

Associate Planner / Associate Director – Birmingham. Small, cohesive team across 2 offices. Unlimited holiday and outstanding bonus scheme for work generation. Associate circa £50k basic, AD £55k+.
