Pegasus Group are seeking an experienced Planner to join our well-established East Midlands team. With the continued growth of business, our planning team has successfully completed an array of diverse projects in residential, commercial and leisure schemes with a wide-ranging portfolio of clients for you to gain exposure and high-quality experience from.

We have the flexibility to consider a Senior or Principal Planner as we seek to recruit an enthusiastic professional with a passion for the built environment and sustainability. The role will involve providing high quality planning advice and guidance to various clients in a range of sectors in relation to all aspects of planning. This will involve preparing, evaluating and submitting small or large, complex planning applications and appeals, and consulting with local authorities, landowners and developers.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will hold an RTPI accredited degree or similar relevant degree and depending on your level you will already be a chartered member of the RTPI or be working towards (which we provide you with support throughout the RTPI APC Process). We are looking for candidates with experience in planning practice and application and good knowledge of the UK planning system. Some private sector experience would be advantageous but not essential.
