Job title: Graduate Structural Engineer (Bridges)

Penguin are pleased to be representing one of the UK's largest Multi-Disciplinary Consultancies. They are currently recruiting for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their Structures team in Carlisle.
The Role-
- Resolving technical Structural Engineering issues.
- Help to develop the production of Structural Engineering Bridge drawings, reports and specifications.
- Opportunity to work under mentorship to develop and undertake CRE responsibilities on Structural Bridge projects.
- Operate in a multi-disciplinary environment and delivering projects in a Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Undertaking the necessary design (calculations, design, risk assessments, etc.) supported by other team members including technicians to produce the required design deliverable outputs.
The Requirements-
- A 2:1 minimum in a relevant BEng or equivalent
- Desire to work towards chartership for the Institute of Civil/Structure Engineers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
